Planning a wedding isn’t just about booking a florist, choosing a DJ, tastings, and gift registries. It’s all about us telling your unique love story. We get to know our couples on a personal level and typically end up as friends. Of course we love planning and designing weddings but none of that matters without you. That’s why during our initial consultation, we take time to find out how you and your fiancé met, how you or they proposed, what you love about each other, and how we can sprinkle that throughout your wedding day. We don’t try to sell you on our packages; we show you how your love story can be told through the five senses to ensure the most amazing guest experience.

Kara & Brian coordinated a wedding at The Knickerbocker Estate in October 2014. As a manager of this elegant estate setting we've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of wedding event planners. We were very pleased working with Kara & Brian. Where do I start with Kara! From before we even officially hired her, she and I clicked immediately. She is so incredibly attentive, sweet, talented and easy to get along with! The thought of even planning a wedding before I had her gave me panic attacks. Having Kara along the way helped us relax and made sure everything was set for our big day. Kara is the absolute best wedding planner you could ever hope for. She helped us not only plan our wedding, but our destination wedding when we were on the other side of the country. Our day was beyond perfect, it was everything we wished for and more. We truly believe without Kara it wouldn’t have been that way and definitely wouldn’t have gone as smoothly. Kara was the calm in our stressful storm of wedding planning, the minute she took over everything went perfectly! Not to mention everyone at our wedding loved her because of how amazing she was! She was our wedding planner but she also became our good friend along the way! We can’t recommend her enough, she truly is the best! 💗

I will do my best not to cry while writing this review, I am just so thankful for Kara and all the she did to make our day truly spectacular.

Lets start from the beginning. When I first got engaged I reached out to several wedding coordinators, Kara gave me a phone call within 30 minutes of me sending an her e-mail. I did not hear back from the others for days!

Our venue was located on my parents farm, in a remote location. She took us through from start to finish. She recommended the majority of our vendors who were also all amazing (seriously, no complaints).

And when I say she was on top of it, she was on TOP of it. From coordinating a day of time line down to the minute to dealing with mini disasters throughout the whole process. I was so stress free the entire day, did not deal with one vendor and had an amazing time because of her hard work and dedication. It shows that she truly loves what she does.

Oh, and she comes prepared with everything you might forget day of. She even created a cake stand for our wedding cake! Unfortunately we did not get to use it because our bakery surprised us with a round cake as opposed to the square one we ordered. Again, she dealt with this amazingly, everything was covered. She set up our center pieces with an expert touch and even steamed my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses.

Besides the technical stuff, I felt like I had a friend through every step. She was so calming and helped me deal with the stress of wedding planing. If you want to be taken care of like you should for your wedding, reach out to her. You won't be disappointed. She will ensure that you are able to spend your time on the important things (i.e enjoying your friends and family).

Amanda Abd wedding I would give Kara Cardinal a 1000/10 for her wedding planner services without hesitation! From the moment we met her we were greeted with the warmest smile and feelings of comfort that she has got us on our big day and leading up to it. Some of the things we were looking for in a planner were their niceness/ability to get along with us and others, their organization, their affordability, and their quality. We read reviews of Kara and her team which gave us comfort using her. This is why I’m here today to tell you to book Kara Cardinal! She is nothing but the sweetest and most organized planner out there! Her price point was absolutely perfect as well considering the amount of work she did for us. On my wedding day everything happened behind the scenes without me being involved. Kara made sure I was not bothered and got to enjoy my entire day. Her planning application was absolutely amazing and made it so easy to keep track of anything. First biggest piece of advice is to hire a wedding planner and second piece is to hire Kara Cardinal and her team! Couldn’t have done my wedding day without her, thanks again for everything Kara. Hoping we’ll have another event where we get to use Kara again!

I want to start out by saying that Kara is an ANGEL. This amazing, hardworking women helped me plan my dream wedding during a pandemic, which is no easy task. She was there for every freak-out (there were many lol), vendor meeting, design-related details, or just a shoulder to cry on (there were also many of those). She made my entire wedding planning process, which lasted almost an entire year, so easy and alleviated as much stress as she possibly could from me. She put together the most beautiful design plan for me, a flawless timeline, coordinated and recommended the BEST vendors in our area, and made my wedding day stress-free. She was even willing to round up my pups during our wedding (along with 10000 other things she had to do) so we could have our fur babies included in our wedding. Pretty sure she still has scratch marks/leash burns from trying to control 2 50 Lb dogs- now that is some freaking dedication. Kara- I adore you and will always be thankful that I had you on the most important day of my life.

If you want professional and attentive ., don't wait to contact this company. We wanted a small intimate wedding & reception and that is exactly what we got. They were Spot On! when it came to handling the catering and other vendors. We had a beautiful amazing day with family and friends.
