Choosing Kara as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. She was incredibly responsive and helped guide us through the entire process. She came up with creative ideas to help us save money and she recommended great vendors. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

We hired Kara and Brian for partial planning. They were very helpful with their knowledge and expertise with weddings and what we were going to need as me and my husband didn't know anything! After explaining to them the theme I was wanting, they completely understood and were able to give me more ideas and recommendations on vendors who had the style I was looking for. They met with me many times in order to recap on booked vendors and to plan for what was left for the wedding. On the day of, I can honestly say everything went so smoothly. If it wasn't for them, I'm not sure if my day would of been as perfect as it was.

Kara did such a wonderful Job on helping us plan our wedding, we were so overwhelemd with planning a wedding the second we book kara she started helping right away! She not only made our whole planning process easier but also more enjoyable and fun! Best decision we made was to book kara! Highly recommend her to everyone!

First off, thank you Kara for all that you did for us and our wedding! Kara was absolutely awesome. She from the start explained to us what we needed, examples, what she can do, how we can meet, created last minute meetings to meet our needs, concerns, or questions. She took care of reminding us or “Reminding” me of what are the items we orders, planned, or agreed on because I was just too consumed with other every day items, there is just absolutely no way I could focus on planning my own wedding without her. I would have been bridezilla or worse. She helped to turn me into anything but that. She even helped with putting all pieces where they belonged on day of wedding, in the middle of the wedding bring my daughter juice, even helped with doing a Zoom so family and friends who could not attend could at least can virtually attend our ceremony, and helped with my dress so I could be more comfortable, and even picked up everything after the wedding. She never let me lift a thing up. I appreciate all she did and HIGHLY recommend her if planning your wedding.

 Best Decision We Ever Made! We went into the wedding planning thing with the mindset that we could do it all ourselves. As things starting rolling I realized that I would not be able to relax and enjoy are special day this way. We hired Kara for partial planning and she went above and beyond! This was the best thing we ever did. We actually got to relax, enjoy our guest, and have fun. Kara made sure that we had everything we needed and then some. I can not say enough good things about Kara. She went as far as enlisting her husband to build us a donut wall for our donut favors. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her in a heartbeat!

If you want professional and attentive ., don't wait to contact this company. We wanted a small intimate wedding & reception and that is exactly what we got. They were Spot On! when it came to handling the catering and other vendors. We had a beautiful amazing day with family and friends.

Unbelievable There are no words to describe Kara, except she is amazing. I’d never thought of a wedding planner but the moment we spoke I knew she was the right person to help me. Me, and now my husband were just planning on going to the courthouse to get married, we were expecting our baby boy in the summer and didn’t think we would have time to create a small wedding in a short time window. We thought of certain dates having meaning and 2/12 was the number we wanted. It landed on a Monday and the date was approaching fast we thought it would be impossible to plan something in such a short amount of time but Kara made the impossible possible. The best decision we ever made was hiring her. She took over everything and it was so easy for us. She took our vision and made it a reality. We had a great small wedding on the beach with our immediate family. It was perfect. We are so grateful for her, for all she did and how quickly she made this wedding happen.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Kara being part of our special day. She is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. She is very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly. If you need a coordinator, pick Kara because, not only does she do an amazing job, but she does it with a warm heart and is very professional in a friendly way! Our wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment.

I can't recommend Kara more highly! She helped make our dream Doctor Who inspired wedding a reality. She kept me organized while planning, provided helpful insight along the way, and even put in elbow grease when necessary including helping me paint a bunch of decor blue when the time came. I threw so many crazy ideas at her, and she ensured it all came together and just looked beautiful and nuanced all at the same time. Despite having her home hit by hurricane Irma, she continued to keep me on track as the big day approached, and considering she didn't have electricity for several weeks, I was incredibly impressed & appreciative. On the day of, she kept every thing moving like a well oiled machine, ensured all of the decor was placed to fulfill our vision, and even surprised us with several things I had written off as just not having time to figure out or even too expensive. I had told Kara early on that I wanted a light wall for behind the dessert table, but I ran out of time trying to figure out supplies and what was needed for the construction. I had accepted that decor touch just wasn't going to happen. She surprised us by having her hubby source all the materials and construct the light wall for us. It really fulfilled my vision for the dessert area and provided such a lovely twinkley accent to the room. It was absolutely perfect. We had also considered some absolutely Instagram worthy custom cookies as favors. They ended up being too much per person for our budget as favors, but as a personal gift to us she had the cookies made customized for my husband, myself, and our daughter. That way we still got to include the cookies in our photos and enjoy the treats for a few weeks after the wedding. It was just so thoughtful. She really ensured every little detail that we discussed made its way to reality on the actual day. Investing in Kara's services was one of the best decisions I made in all of the planning.

Kara made our day possible! We were coming from abroad and didn’t really know where to start. From the moment I spoke to Kara everything started to click into place.
